THE NEED

Those affected by depression and anxiety in the U.S. and around the world has hit new record levels. This is most prevalent with teens and it has led to the highest teen suicide rate in decades. Self-relaization is a direct solution to this epidemic. 

Addiction is a direct result of a suffering of mind and the desperate need to ease this suffering. The goal of self-awareness is to end the negative internal thoughts that cause this suffering. This work directly helps change these thoughts forever. 

Repeated incarceration stems from a negative mindset, identity or sense of self-worth. This work serves to change the way individuals look at who they are. This has an enormous effect on the issue of recidivism and repeat offenders. 

The work in I AM and Time in a Bottle represents a new, easy to understand life-changing wisdom that has the potential to change millions of lives. 

So many people  in today's society are looking for new answers to the problems that have plagued them for years. This work is that answer! 

With a new self-understanding comes a new identity that liberates one from the old mindset, thoughts, suffering, and destructive choices.
